We are a USDA & FDA inspected food processing plant. 40 yr old company, with seasoned staff, and with new owner 7 yrs. We make frozen items, with both food service and retail packaging.

To produce our boudins, stuffed breads (pistolettes), fresh sausages, and 'Brown Kwik' gravy browning sauce, we use our Kettles, Braisers, Grinders, Mixers, and/or bottling machine. We have a 7,000 square foot plant, have 5 freezers, and 3 coolers.
