Notice of Intent to Sole Source



On or about 27 March 2023, the Medical Readiness Contracting Office – West intends to issue a sole source contract to the incumbent Prosperitus Solutions, LLC., for Primary Care Physician TBI. To provide evaluation and assessment of and develop a comprehensive treatment plan in TBI. The Primary Care Physician manages the medical treatment of TBI to Active-Duty Service Members of the Fort Polk Community. The period of performance is 10 April 2023 – 30 September 2023.



The primary NAICS code for the requirement 621111 with a size standard of $16.0 million. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible vendors may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.
