Description

The Government is currently leasing aproximately 9,6006,000 square feet of Administrative and technical space in Baton Rouge, La.

The lease expired September 30, 2022. The Government has a continuing need for space and seeks to lease 8,700 to 9,600 usable square feet Administrative and technical space. The Government is seeking sources to determine if an SFO will be issued or if the Government will remain in place. Please see the attached for more information. LOCATION: Within a 10-mile radius of



6100 Corporate Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA.



LEASE TERM: Up to 10 years with a maximum firm term of a 365 days. The Government may terminate the lease in whole or in part at any time with a written notice to the Lessor after the first year. You will be required to provide a tenant improvement allowance of $45 dollars per square foot.




  • You will also be asked to cover the bulk of FAA's soft costs and one time moving and relocation expenses in addition to the standard build out estimated to be $1,442,674.00. This will include, all interior improvements, security upgrades, IT and data cabling, IT components and infrastructure, systems and office furniture, all architectural and construction drawings, this list is not all inclusive.
