The Government is currently leasing aproximately 9,6006,000 square feet of Administrative and technical space in Baton Rouge, La.

The lease expired September 30, 2022. The Government has a continuing need for space and seeks to lease 8,700 to 9,600 usable square feet Administrative and technical space. LEASE TERM: Up to 10 years with a maximum firm term of a 365 days. The Government may terminate the lease in whole or in part at any time with a written notice to the Lessor after the first year. You will be required to provide a tenant improvement allowance of $45 dollars per square foot.

• You will also be asked to cover the bulk of FAA's soft costs and one time moving and relocation expenses in addition to the standard build out estimated to be $1,442,674.00.
