The work consists of clearing and grubbing, excavation, embankment construction, installation of vertical wick and horizontal strip drains, placement of geotextile, concrete work, construction of a T-wall at pipeline corridor, ramp and culvert installations, turf establishment and other incidental work.

The estimated value of this work is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
