Description

This is a non-personal services contract to provide Radiation Safety Assessment at Alexandria Veterans Affairs Medical Center, (VAMC) and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics, (CBOCs). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider performing the service herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government.



The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, and software to provide Health Physics consultation and Radiation Assessment Services in support of the Alexandria Veterans Affairs Health Care System (AVAHCS) and off - site clinics. These services shall adhere to the requirements of the National Council on Radiation Protection and Measurements (NCRP), The Joint Commission (TJC), VHA National Health Physics Program (NHPP), the American College of Radiology (ACR), and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
