This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA460823QS043 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-04) as of 02 June 2023. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 561990. The small business size standard is $16.5M.

Description/Purpose:

The purpose of this requirement is to provide on-site document collection and shredding services, including shredders and shred vehicles, bi-weekly for a 12-month period, with a consistent interval between services as possible.

Due Dates and Times:

Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 07 June 2023.

Answers will be posted no later than 2:00 PM CST on Thursday, 08 June 2023.

Quotes are due no later than 3:00 PM CST on Monday, 12 June 2023.
