Description

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New Orleans District has the following requirement:



NOTE: THIS IS A SYNOPSIS, NOT A SOLICITATION. SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, NO QUESTIONS OF A TECHNICAL OR CONTRACTUAL NATURE WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ANSWERED UNTIL THE SOLICITATION IS ISSUED. INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS SYNOPSIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.



This solicitation, W912P823B0050, will be issued as Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The solicitation will be issued on or about 20 June 2023. Actual issue date and anticipated bid opening will be shown when the solicitation is issued. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and the NAICS Code is 237990.



The work consists of demolition and removal of timber guidewall and existing concrete and steel pile cellular dolphin, pile driving and construction of concrete bull nose dolphin and other related incidental work. This work is located in New Orleans, LA.



The estimated value of this work is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.



The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile or email requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential contractors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any amendments.
