The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Care Systems has a requirement to provide ten (10) beds providing care and services above the level of room and board. The Contractor shall only furnish services to veterans for whom such care is specially authorized by an assigned representative of the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS). The Contractor shall provide residential treatment for homeless veterans who are participating in the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Treatment Programs with the Department of Veterans Affairs, SLVHCS, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119 for the period of February 01, 2024, through January 31, 2026, with one (1) option renewal.

This acquisition is being procured as firm-fixed-price contract, applicable NAICS code 623220, Residential Mental Health and Substance Abuse Facilities, Size Standard $19M. Solicitation to be available on or about 15 December 2023 with quotes due approximately 25 days from the issue date, 15:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST).
