Contract Opportunity

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) 70Z02324Q93270001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

(iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-04.

(iv) This solicitation is utilizing full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 713940, Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers and the size standard is $17.5M.

(v) A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure can be found in the attached solicitation.

(vi) USCG is procuring gym memberships for up to 21 members of its Program Resident Office in accordance with the requirements in the statement of work in the attached solicitation.

(vii) The Contractor's facility shall be located within 10 miles of the design work sites and have an alternate location within 20 miles of the production site:

Production Site: 13980 Shell Belt Rd Bayou, La Batre, AL 36509

(viii) Provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

(ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is used, and the specific evaluation criteria are, in order of importance, Price, Technical, and Past Performance.

(x) Please include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with your offer.

(xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.

(xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. Please see the clause in the attached solicitation for applicable clauses.

(xiii) No additional contract requirements or terms and conditions outside of what are held in the attached solicitation are necessary for this acquisition.

(xiv) There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this purchase order.
