This solicitation, W912P824B0002, is being issued as Invitation for Bid (IFB) and resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract.



The base work consists of demolishing and removing the remnants of the existing northwest dolphin and temporary barrier, demolishing and removing the damaged portion of guidewall, extending the guidewall, and constructing a new dolphin. The option work consists of demolishing and removing the existing northeast quarter-round dolphin, constructing a new timber guidewall, and constructing a new round cell dolphin. Work will include furnishing and driving steel H-piles, furnishing and driving steel sheet piles and furnishing and driving new treated timber piles; placing dolphin fill, concrete, reinforcement, concrete anchors and pipes; guidewall construction; and all incidental work.



The estimated value of this work is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.



NOTE: All questions should be received no later than COB on Friday, 8 January, 2024 and must be in writing.
