Amendment 001 - Updated Attachment 3, Chemical Disposal List that includes 17 additional items. Attachment 3 Additions and corresponding updates to the solicitation document are highlighted in yellow.



Site Visit Information

Description of Requirement



The project consists of: (1) packaging up of “ALL” inventoried excess chemicals / hazardous materials, (2) also any chemicals noted for disposal, and identification is unknown, be tested if necessary for identification before disposal, (3) creating a uniform hazardous materials waste manifest, (4) transporting of chemicals to disposal facility, and (5) providing Forest Service with final manifest.

Chemical Disposal to be completed any day from February 26, 2024, to May 31, 2024.
