This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA460823QS054 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2023-04) as of 2 June 2023. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 711219. The small business size standard is $16.5M.

Description/Purpose:



The purpose of this requirement is to provide personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform sports officiating as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement. Sports will include Intramural Basketball, Intramural Flag Football, Intramural Softball, Intramural Volleyball, and Intramural Soccer.



Period of Performance:



Base Year: 01 October 2023 – 30 September 2024



Option Year 1: 01 October 2024 – 30 September 2025



Option Year 2: 01 October 2025 – 30 September 2026



Option Year 3: 01 October 2026 – 30 September 2027



Option Year 4: 01 October 2027 – 30 September 2028



Important Dates and Times:



Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 13 September 2023.



Answers will be posted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Friday, 15 September 2023.



Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Tuesday, 19 September 2023.
