Attached Please find RLP No. 57-22071-23-NR-UC for New Orleans, LA (Orleans Parrish) containing all procurement requirements and specifications.





All offers must be submitted no later than 4:00 P.M. CST on 11/30/2022 to be considered. Any offers submitted beyoond this date are subject to rejection at the discretion of the Lease Contracting Officer. At this time the USDA is not considering any new construction.



Unsolicited offers must confirm they are within the Delineated Area and not within a 100-year flood plain. The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offers.
