  1. Scope of Work: 1 year contract for Maintenance on several autoclaves owned by Southern Regional Research Center in New Orleans, LA




  1. Background: Contract will cover the following instruments: 20IN CENT GP SD 208V CAB PWR VERT DR STERILIZER (Serial # 032060605); LAB 250 GRV CAB STEAM MAN VRT SLD SD (Serial # 033010904); AMSCO 250LS VAC SD MAN VRT SLD CAB 120V (Serial # 032631925)



CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS






  1. Technical Requirements/Tasks: Comprehensive service includes all parts and labor to perform (i) scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with STERIS’s then current Maintenance Check List (“PMCL”) and (ii) unscheduled repair visits. The Service provider should be authorized to perform repairs and maintenance on STERIS equipment, using STERIS parts and products
