General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:



State: NM

City: Albuquerque



Delineated Area: North - Paseo del Norte, Ventura St. NE,



Alameda Blvd NE (Hwy 528)

South –Central Ave.

East –Tramway Blvd.

West –2

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,600

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,990

Space Type: Warehouse

Parking Spaces (Surface): 0

Parking Spaces (Structured): 0

Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0

Full Term: 10 years

Firm Term: 8 years

Additional Requirements: - Storage locations that provide ceiling height



allowance of 6’8” clearance

- Floor load capable of storing 4 DAVs with an

approximate weight of 10,500 lbs. per vehicle

-The leased space may not be located

adjacent to major transportation routes.

-The building should be located in an area of

the city with a low threat level.



Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
